1. Introduction
Welcome to Corabase LLC (“Corabase”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Corabase is a US-registered company that facilitates international payments for verified creators, freelancers, and businesses based in Pakistan.
By accessing or using our website, services, or payment solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree, you must not use our services.
2. Nature of Services
Corabase is not a bank or a payment processor. We act as a payment facilitator and intermediary, receiving funds through Corabase-managed merchant accounts on behalf of approved users and disbursing payouts after applicable checks, fees, and compliance reviews.
Users do not receive personal PayPal, Stripe, Wise, or similar accounts through Corabase.
3. Eligibility
To use Corabase services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be legally permitted to provide the services or products you offer
- Complete identity verification (KYC) when requested
- Provide accurate and truthful information
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
4. Fees & Payments
- Corabase charges a service commission, depending on transaction type and risk profile
- Fees are deducted before payout
- Currency conversion may apply
- No monthly subscription unless explicitly agreed
All fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.
5. Payouts
- Payouts are processed after funds clear and verification is complete
- Standard payout time: 1–3 business days, subject to review
- Delays may occur due to compliance checks, disputes, or platform policies
Corabase is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment platforms or banks.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If a client initiates a dispute or chargeback:
- You must provide supporting evidence upon request
- Corabase will assist in submitting responses
- Chargeback fees, if any, may be deducted from your balance
Repeated disputes may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Corabase for:
- Gambling, betting, or iGaming without prior approval
- Adult content or services
- Cryptocurrency, NFTs, or unlicensed financial products
- Fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities
- Violating international sanctions or laws
Violation may result in immediate termination and withholding of funds as required by law.
8. Account Suspension or Termination
Corabase reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate access without notice
- Hold or delay funds if required by law or platform policies
- Report suspicious activity to authorities
Termination does not relieve you of outstanding obligations.
9. Limitation of Liability
Corabase shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Platform restrictions imposed by third-party providers
- Losses due to inaccurate information provided by the user
Our liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid for the affected transaction.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are the property of Corabase LLC and may not be reused without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States.
