Frequently Asked

Questions

Is Corabase legal and safe to use from Pakistan?

Yes. Corabase LLC is a registered US-based company that provides international payment facilitation for verified users in Pakistan. We operate within the rules of the platforms we use (like Stripe, PayPal, Wise, etc.) and follow strict compliance procedures.

No. Corabase processes payments through its own managed merchant accounts. You don’t need your own account with PayPal or Stripe — your clients pay Corabase, and we release the funds to you after verification and commission deduction.

No. We are not officially affiliated or endorsed by these platforms. We use them through our own business accounts to help you get paid.

Yes. Every account must go through onboarding and KYC (Know Your Customer) screening to meet platform and legal requirements.

Your client pays Corabase via card, PayPal, Stripe, or other supported channels. Once the payment is cleared and verified, we transfer the funds to your Pakistani bank or wallet account.

Most payouts are processed within 1–3 working days after the client’s payment clears. High-risk or large transactions may require additional time for review.

You can receive payments in USD, GBP, EUR, and other major currencies. Corabase converts them to PKR before payout using current market rates.

We charge a small commission (typically between 15%–25%) depending on your business model, payment method, and transaction volume—no hidden monthly charges.

Corabase operates through multiple platforms, including PayPal, Stripe, Wise, Payoneer, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp and Chime — depending on the client’s location and payment method.

Yes. We offer credit and debit card processing for your global clients via Stripe and similar channels.

Corabase will help you respond to chargebacks or disputes. You’ll need to provide evidence (like client chats, work proof, delivery receipts, etc.), and we’ll handle the submission process on your behalf.

We aim to release funds quickly, but high-risk, large, or disputed transactions may be temporarily held for fraud checks, per platform policies. We will always inform you transparently.

Yes. We do not support high-risk or prohibited industries such as casino, gambling, adult content, unlicensed financial services, or crypto-related products. Full list available in our Terms.

No. Corabase is not a bank. We are a payment facilitator and intermediary. Funds are temporarily held in our business merchant accounts and then disbursed to you.

Yes. Refunds can be issued on request — subject to balance availability and prior payout status.

Yes. You can send branded invoices or secure payment links directly through our dashboard or with our support.
